Our Doctor

Dr Joel Foo is a dedicated family physician who believes in building long-term, trusted relationships with patients and their families. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2003 and brings over 15 years of clinical experience to MedLife Clinic & Surgery.

Before establishing MedLife Clinic & Surgery in 2009, Dr Foo gained extensive experience through intensive care and surgical postings in Singapore’s restructured hospitals. His commitment to patient care and clinical excellence earned him recognition as Best Medical Officer in 2008. He subsequently broadened his expertise through years of practice across various primary care settings, developing a comprehensive and patient-centred approach to healthcare.

Driven by a vision of holistic and accessible medical care, Dr Foo founded MedLife Clinic & Surgery to provide personalised healthcare services for individuals and families. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and is an accredited Family Physician. In addition, he has received training in family practice dermatology, enabling him to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions across all age groups.
